● Core Type: "IWRC" stands for independent wire rope core, which is usually made by twisting multiple strands of steel wires. It provides internal support for the wire rope, enhancing the overall strength and flexibility.
Performance Characteristics
● High Bearing Capacity: The line-contact structure results in low contact stress between the wires, enabling each wire to fully exert its bearing capacity, and thus the breaking force of the whole rope is high.
● Good Wear Resistance: The wires are closely arranged and the surface is relatively smooth. When in contact with pulleys, drums, etc. during use, the wear is relatively uniform, and the wear resistance is good.
