Structural Composition
● 6×19S: It indicates that the wire rope is composed of 6 strands, with 19 wires in each strand, and the structure is of the Seale type (S). The Seale structure is characterized by thicker outer wires. Compared with wire ropes of other structures with the same diameter, it has better wear resistance and fatigue resistance, and can withstand greater tensile forces. It is suitable for occasions with high requirements for strength and wear resistance.
● PP (SFC): It represents that the rope core is a polypropylene synthetic fiber core. The PP core has a high density, good toughness, and strong supporting force, which can provide good internal support for the wire rope, maintain the shape and structural stability of the wire rope, and at the same time, it can also play a certain buffering and shock absorption role, helping to extend the service life of the wire rope.
Performance Characteristics
● High Strength: The 6×19S structure endows the wire rope with a high breaking tensile force as a whole, which can meet the needs of various high-load operations, such as lifting, hoisting, and traction.

● Corrosion Resistance: Generally, the surface of the wire rope will be subjected to anti-corrosion treatments such as galvanization. Coupled with the certain corrosion resistance of the PP core, it can resist the erosion of corrosive media such as moisture, acid, and alkali to a certain extent, and is suitable for a variety of harsh environments.
● Good Flexibility: The flexibility of the PP core and the reasonable combination of the 6×19S structure make the wire rope have good flexibility while having high strength, making it easy to bend and wind, and convenient for operation.
