Structural Composition
● 8×19S: It indicates that the wire rope is composed of 8 strands, with 19 wires in each strand, and the structure is of the Seale type (S). The Seale structure is characterized by thicker outer wires and thinner inner wires, which endows it with good wear resistance and compression resistance.
● IWRC: It represents that the rope core is an independent wire rope core, which is twisted by multiple steel wires. This kind of steel core can enhance the compression resistance and high-temperature stability of the wire rope, and significantly improve the overall tensile strength of the wire rope.
Performance Characteristics
